Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees incurred (e.g., booking fees, permits, etc.). Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a 50% refund, minus any non-refundable fees incurred. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the scheduled departure date are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour/travel package or program due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative tour/date.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the initial booking. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days from the date of cancellation.
Customers may request changes to their booking, such as altering travel dates or switching to a different tour package, subject to availability. Changes to bookings may be subject to additional fees or charges.
No refunds will be provided for any unused services or portions of a tour package once the tour has commenced.
Holaint Tour and Travel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
By booking a tour or travel package with Holaint Tour and Travel, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund and cancellation policy.
